An app for your spa or beauty salon: treatments, rituals and bookings
Your treatment menu with length and price, your rituals, online booking, a gift voucher request and a message when a slot opens up: a spa app, a real demo and its price.

A spa app puts your treatment menu in your clients’ pockets, with photos that make them want to come. They pick a ritual, book, and ask for a gift voucher for a friend. It starts at €19 a month.
Sunday evening, a client is looking for a birthday idea for her sister. She remembers your hot stone massage, but not its price or how long it lasts.
With your app, she finds the treatment in two taps, sees its length and price, and asks for the gift voucher that same evening. I’ll show you what it looks like, with a real demo, and what it costs.
Why an app for a spa
A treatment is chosen with the eyes and booked in advance. An app shows your treatments full screen, with their length and price, and takes bookings at any hour.
It also brings clients back. A treatment is renewed every month or every season: one message at the right time is enough to fill your schedule.
Everything below works for a spa, a beauty salon, a massage centre, a nail bar or a hammam.
The screens of a spa app
Here is the “services” demo I prepared, built around a spa. It is a starting template: you replace the treatments, prices and photos with your own.

The home screen by theme
Three large tiles: massages, facials, packages. The client knows right away where to go. Below, a few lines about your philosophy and your products.
A page for each treatment
A large photo, the treatment name, its length, its price, and a description that already feels relaxing. No more calls asking “how long is the Swedish massage?”.
Rituals and packages
Amazonian ritual, Japanese ceremony, cosy escape: your packages have their own section, each with its mood. That is often where your best baskets are.

Booking and gift vouchers
Booking runs on the appointment booking extension, included in all three plans. You set your hours, slot length and holidays, your Google Calendar syncs, and the client gets a confirmation email. The details are in the article on online appointment booking.
For gift vouchers, an “Offer a treatment” form collects the request: the treatment, the recipient’s first name, a short message. If you already have an online payment page, a button leads straight to it from the app.
Filling the schedule
“Two slots just opened on Thursday afternoon, book your massage.” This message goes out in seconds and fills a quiet day. Notifications are unlimited, in every plan.

Think about the dates that matter too: Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas. A message two weeks before, with the link to gift vouchers, and requests come in.
Who keeps the spa app alive?
You or your front desk manager, once a season for the menu, and a few minutes a week for messages. The writing AI describes your treatments when words don’t come, and you can control the app from ChatGPT or Claude.
The easiest way to start: your ten most requested treatments, two rituals, and a gift voucher.
How much does a spa app cost
At Maymoune, online booking is included in all three plans, along with every other feature:
- Starter, €19 a month: your web app, installed from a link or a QR code.
- Ultra, €59 a month: the same, plus the iPhone, iPad and Android app on the stores.
- Ultra lifetime, €2,999: a one-time payment, with publishing on the App Store and Google Play included.
My advice: put the QR code in the treatment room and at reception, with this line: “Book your next treatment here”. A relaxed client just out of a massage is the most likely to book the next one. Plan details are on the pricing page.
