Purpose of the Service
Maymoune is an online service allowing its clients to create, publish, and
manage a mobile application (progressive web app, iPhone app,
and Android app) under their own name and brand, as well as the
associated services: publication on app stores, maintenance,
support, and custom development.
The terms of use and sale of the service are described in the
General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the
Privacy Policy.

The infrastructure for the maymoune.com and maymoune.me websites is rented from the
company o2switch.

The applications created by clients, their databases, and their content
are hosted on a private cloud infrastructure located in France. Content
delivery relies on a worldwide distribution network.
Intellectual Property
The Maymoune brand, the logo, the graphic charter, the site architecture, its texts,
its images, and all elements composing it are the exclusive property of
Sdravobiz S.R.L. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and
trademark law.
The Maymoune service relies on software components, libraries, and
technologies licensed by third parties, which remain the property of their respective
owners and whose own licenses prevail solely for the concerned elements.
Any total or partial reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation
of the elements of the site or the service, by any means whatsoever, without
prior written authorization from Sdravobiz S.R.L., is prohibited.
Applications created by customers, as well as their content, trademarks, and
distinctive signs, remain their exclusive property.
Liability
Sdravobiz S.R.L. uses reasonable means to ensure that the information
published on the site is accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee
its completeness or the absence of errors. The features, pricing, and availability
presented on the site are subject to change; only the terms in force
on the date of the order, as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale,
are binding on Sdravobiz S.R.L.
Demonstrations, application examples, screenshots, and figures presented
on the site are provided for illustrative purposes and constitute neither an obligation of
result, nor a guarantee of commercial performance.
The site may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content
Sdravobiz S.R.L. exercises no control and accepts no responsibility.
Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data collected via the site and the service is
described in the Privacy Policy.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legea nr. 190/2018, every
individual has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict,
port, and object to the processing of their data. These rights can be exercised at
