Create a mobile app for your flower shop

Bouquets in photos, online ordering, delivery or pickup, holidays prepared ahead and a message the week before Mother’s Day: a florist app, a real demo and its price.

florist app

A florist app puts your bouquets on display in your customers’ pockets, at any hour. They choose, pay and get it delivered, or come and pick it up. You keep it up to date from your phone, and it starts at €19 a month.

The eve of Mother’s Day, 9 pm. Your shop closed two hours ago. A customer remembers he has nothing planned for tomorrow. He looks for a florist on his phone.

With your app, he finds your bouquets, picks one, pays, and collects it tomorrow morning when you open. I’ll show you what it looks like, with a real demo, and what it costs.

Why an app for a florist

Flowers are bought with the eyes. An app shows your creations in large format, with their price, and makes people want to order. It sells for you when the shop is closed.

It also helps you prepare the big days. Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, All Saints’ Day: orders arrive a few days ahead, and you know how many bouquets to make.

Everything below works for a neighbourhood florist, a floral studio, a plant nursery or a garden centre.

The screens of a florist app

Here is the “local” demo I prepared, based on a florist. It is a starting template: you replace the bouquets, prices and photos with your own.

Collections

Bouquets, plants, dried flowers: each collection has its page and photo. You also create seasonal collections, like “Mother’s Day”, shown at the top of the home screen for the occasion.

The bouquet page

A large photo, the name, the price, the add-to-cart button, and similar creations below for more ideas. The customer shares the page in one tap with whoever is paying with them.

Ordering and delivery

The customer pays online with Stripe or PayPal, and chooses shop pickup or delivery in your area, with a rate per zone. For a wedding or an event, a form collects their quote request.

Prepare the holidays with your customers

“Mother’s Day is Sunday: order your bouquet, we’ll prepare it for you.” You schedule this message for Wednesday, and it lands on your customers’ screens at the right moment. Notifications are unlimited on every plan.

You can add a discount code, with its duration and usage limit. A thank-you for regulars, and orders earlier in the week.

Who keeps the florist app alive?

You, between two arrangements. You photograph the bouquet, put it online with its price, and file it in a collection. Orders arrive in the back office with the chosen delivery method.

The AI writing assistant describes your bouquets when words fail you, and you can manage the app from ChatGPT or Claude. The easiest way to start: a dozen creations, and a collection for the next holiday.

How much does a florist app cost

With Maymoune, the shop is included in all three plans, along with every other feature:

  • Starter, €19 a month: your web app, installed from a link or a QR code.
  • Ultra, €59 a month: the same, plus the iPhone, iPad and Android app on the stores.
  • Ultra lifetime, €2,999: a one-time payment, with publishing on the App Store and Google Play included.

My advice: slip a small card with the QR code into every bouquet. The person who receives the flowers discovers your shop, and they are often the one who orders next time. The plans are detailed on the pricing page.
