A campsite app: stay, activities and practical info
The map, activities, pool hours, morning bread and messages to campers: the app for a campsite or holiday park, and what it costs.

A campsite app accompanies your guests throughout their stay: the activity programme, pool and snack bar hours, good places nearby, and important messages. It starts at €19 a month.
Thursday, 4 pm. A storm is coming. Three hundred campers need to know that the beach party is moving under the marquee. With an app, a notification goes out in ten seconds, and everyone knows.
Why a campsite needs an app
A campsite is a small village that changes every week. Guests arrive knowing nothing and ask reception the same questions: when does the pool open, where to buy bread, what to do if it rains. The app answers for you, with a section per language if your guests come from abroad.
What a campsite app contains
The activity programme
Kids’ club, aqua aerobics, boules tournament, dance night: an up-to-date calendar, day by day, with locations.
Services and opening hours
Reception, pool, snack bar, shop, laundry, bike hire: the hours of each service, always up to date.
Ordering bread and products
Bread and pastries ordered the day before, collected at reception in the morning. A small shop in the app is all it takes.
The surroundings
Beaches, walks, markets, sights, restaurants: each place has its page, photo and directions. Your guests discover the area with your tips.

The welcome booklet
Rules, gate code, Wi-Fi, useful numbers, recycling: the whole paper booklet, only better, with a section per language for guests from further afield.
Messages at the right time
A weather alert, an added activity, a check-out reminder: notifications reach every camper, even those who never stop at reception. See our advice on push notifications.
Where to start
- The welcome booklet: take the paper booklet, section by section.
- This week’s activity calendar: updated every Saturday, arrival day.
- Ten places to discover nearby: your favourites, with photo and directions.
A season is prepared in winter. That’s the time to write the booklet, photograph the pitches and prepare the local guide. In spring, all that’s left is updating the calendar each week. And the app lives on out of season: former guests hear when bookings open for next summer.
Getting guests to install the app on arrival
A QR code at the front desk, a link in your emails and a word at the right moment are enough. It’s all explained in how to get your app installed. The QR code belongs on the reception desk, in the mobile homes and on the notice board.
